Victoria Lancaster, PharmD, MSc, MBA

HTA Fellow

I am joining ICER as part of their new fellowship program as a Health Technology Assessment fellow where I will be collaborating with members of the research team. I am looking forward to using and expanding upon my clinical research knowledge for ICER’s reviews.

I developed a keen interest in clinical research while completing my undergraduate degree at Campbell University. Located near Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, there were many opportunities to observe and implement the clinical research process from a variety of perspectives. I completed my master’s thesis on the use of statins in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. I also pursed a master’s in business administration where I focused on marketing. I wanted to build on my clinical knowledge, which led me to pursue a doctor of pharmacy at University of Washington, where I was exposed to the field of health economics through their CHOICE institute and developed a passion for fair drug pricing.

I graduated with a PharmD from University of Washington’s School of Pharmacy, where I also completed a certificate in biomedical regulatory affairs. I graduated from Campbell University with a MS in Clinical Research and MBA. I also have a BS in Clinical Research with minors in Biology and General Sciences from Campbell University. In my spare time I enjoy hiking with my boyfriend, reading, and taking long walks with my dog.
