Yamaya Jean, MA

Program Manager

Yamaya joined ICER as a Program Manager in February of 2023. Her work centers around maximizing the impact of community-centered investments through cross-sector collaboration, centering relationship building and agile project management. Prior to joining ICER, Yamaya was the Program Coordinator at TSNE, in the Consulting and Training team. There, she supported Human Resource, Executive Search and Organizational Development consultants in direct client and cohort model engagements to improve systems and clarify the mission and strategic vision of organizations. Yamaya brings with her experience as an independent consultant, partnering with nonprofit organizations in facilitation, technical support and data analysis. Yamaya’s work is guided by her strong commitment to social justice, and she practices this through a human-centric approach to data collection and analysis.

Yamaya holds a B.A. in Economics and International Development, with a minor in Studio Art, and an M.A. in International Development with a concentration in Monitoring and Evaluation from Clark University. In her free time, Yamaya enjoys exploring local hiking trails with her dogs.
