ICER held its inaugural meeting of the Topic Selection Committee on April 7th, 2008. A total of 7 topics were discussed at the meeting (from an initial list of 20); committee members then voted for their highest-priority topics. The 2 topics receiving the highest votes were 64-slice computed tomography angiography for detection of coronary artery disease, and pharmacogenetic testing for warfarin dosing, and will represent the next cycle of ICER reviews.
