Research Lead, Evidence Synthesis

Grace joined ICER in May 2020 as Research Lead, Evidence Synthesis. Prior to joining ICER, Grace served as a Pharmacy Researcher at Lumere, where she leveraged clinical evidence and analytics to create recommendations and strategies for value-based formulary management across multiple therapeutic areas. Previous to that, Grace conducted basic and preclinical research at the Medical College of Georgia, where she developed a protocol for 512-channel neural recording in freely behaving rodents, discovered an algorithm that enables intelligence, and investigated the role of the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor in anxiety disorders and depression.

Grace holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
