Dr. Klingman is a Neurologist practicing at The Permanente Medical Group. He is President Elect of the California Neurological Association, a Trustee of the California Medical Association, AMA delegate, and Past President of the Alameda Contra Costa Medical Association. Dr. Klingman received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and he completed both his internship and residency at the Los Angeles County University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Klingman has coauthored numerous articles, including evidence based guidelines, primarily related to stroke care.
