Kurt Vanden Bosch, PharmD, is responsible for review of new drugs to the market and routine drug class reviews.

Dr. Vanden Bosch received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Dordt College.  He then went on to complete his Pharmacy education at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in Philadelphia, PA, first completing his BS in Pharmacy there and then his PharmD in 1991. He has been a licensed pharmacist since 1990.

Kurt has worked as Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator and Pharmacy Director at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. He then worked at St. Luke’s Health System since 2000, both as an Inpatient Pharmacy Director and as System Formulary Manager.  He works with the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee to select the most cost-effective medications for use at St. Luke’s utilizing a pharmacoeconomic framework.  One of his areas of interest is utilizing value analyses from a population health perspective to improve medication-related outcomes and lower the total cost of care.
