Dmitriy Nikitin, MSPH

Senior Research Lead, Evidence Synthesis

Dmitriy joined ICER in 2020 as Research Lead, Evidence Synthesis, and was promoted to Senior Research Lead in 2023. Prior to his work at ICER, Dmitriy has worked at several university research centers and has published scientific manuscripts on the topics of tobacco control, opioid policy, and addiction. In addition to academic research, Dmitriy has served as a Research Fellow working on the topic of state legislative solutions to affordable prescription drug pricing.

Dmitriy holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Policy from the University of California, Irvine. In his spare time, Dmitriy listens to audiobooks and plays with his new puppy.
