Ellie Adair, MPA

Deputy Chief Operating Officer

Ellie joined ICER in August of 2018 as Program Manager for ICER’s Midwest CEPAC. In September of 2019, Ellie was promoted to Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Prior to coming to ICER, Ellie was the Director of Membership for the Network for Excellence in Health Innovation (NEHI), a national health policy think tank working to break down the silos in health care.  Previous to that, she was the Executive Director at the Massachusetts National Organization for Women (Mass NOW), which works to advance intersectional justice for all those who identify as women in Massachusetts. She currently serves on the board of the Mass NOW Foundation as an at-large member.

Ellie received her MPA from Brown University and her BA from the University of Rochester. She is originally from Rochester, New York and currently lives in Arlington, Massachusetts. As a native of Rochester, NY Ellie is an evangelist for the Rochester-based Wegmans Food Market.
