Marie Phillips, BA
Senior Health Economics Research Assistant
Marie joined ICER as a Health Economics Research Assistant in 2024, and was promoted to Senior Health Economics Research Assistant in 2025. Marie contributes to ICER reviews by supporting cost-effectiveness model development and leading the budget impact analysis. She also manages pricing data collection for ICER policy papers and special projects.
Prior to her work at ICER, Marie was a Research Assistant at the Center for the Evaluation for Value and Risk in Health (CEVR) at Tufts Medical Center, and a Research Associate at Harvard Business School. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2021 with a BA in International Relations and Global Business, and a minor in Global Health. In her free time, Marie enjoys reading and going to concerts!
