Matt Seidner, BS

Director of Policy Implementation

Matt joined ICER as a Program Coordinator in 2014, and became Program Director in 2018. Most recently, Matt became ICER’s Director of Policy Implementation in 2021. Before joining the ICER team, he provided media relations support to the Emerald Necklace Conservancy, a renowned linear park system with roots in several Boston communities. Prior to that, he reported on issues of local governance for the Allston-Brighton TAB, specifically Harvard University’s Allston campus expansion. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Print Journalism from Boston University’s College of Communication.

Fun fact: while working as a waiter after college, Matt waited on Kevin Bacon and his family. As a result, all of ICER is one degree from Kevin Bacon.
